About Us

Trails at Avian Glen, a residential subdivision is a custom home subdivision that was developed by Davis Development Inc. 1996. The developer turned the community over the Homeowners Association in 1998. All owners of lots in Trails at Avian Glen automatically become members of Trails at Avian Glen Homeowners Association, Inc., an Indiana Not-For-Profit Corporation.

 

The Trails at Avian Glen fire hydrant and water supply is provided by Carmel Water Company. Duke Energy provides electricity. Vectren provides natural gas. The Town of Carmel provides sewage.

 

All streets, except driveways and limited common area streets, have been dedicated to the public and are maintained by the Town of Carmel. Sidewalks are the responsibility of the homeowner.

 

Trails of Avian Glen public schools are Prairie View  Elementary, Clay Junior High, and Carmel High School.

 

Trails at Avian Glen is located in Hamilton County, Clay Township in the City of Carmel. We are located on the east side of Carmel , off 131st Street between Gray Road and Hazel Dell Parkway.
